No hassle warranty program: 1st Cardiac offers a 90 day parts and labor warranty for all monthly specials with additional charge for a full limited warranty for those who feel they want additional protection. A full limited 12 month warranty on any defibrillator over $1,500 and 90 day parts and labor warranty for all monitors.

Upgrade Program: 1st Cardiac sells all refurbished units with a 30 day upgrade policy. For any reason the customer doesn't like the unit or it is not what they wanted, they can return the unit for the full credit towards the purchase of equal or higher valued unit. Upgrade program is only available for customers in U.S.A. Freight to be paid by customer.

Overseas delivery program: Most units to be delivered overseas will be ready for 220v 50 hrz operations with a 90 day limited warranty. All sales must be prepaid before shipment by certified fund on a U.S. bank.

Free shipping program: For orders of defibrillators over $7,000.00 1st Cardiac will pay for all UPS ground shipments to any customer residing in USA's 48 continental states. This program excludes stress testing systems, ekg, and monitors.

World wide shipping: All customer quotes and pricing in our on-line catalog is priced without shipping. We will be happy to work with you to quote your shipping services.

1st Cardiac's Lowest Price Guarantee is limited to reconditioned defibrillators only and is valid only within 30 days from purchase. This guarantee excludes advertised specials and closeout deals by competitors. This guarantee also requires that purchaser provide 1st Cardiac with the original proposal from a bonafide medical equipment provider.
